**Job Title**
Coordinator, Global Partnerships (Partnership Marketing)
**Role Summary**
Support the Global Partnerships team in planning, executing, and analyzing sponsorship initiatives and partner activations for a major sports league. Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring seamless delivery of events, assets, and reporting while maintaining high organizational standards.
**Expactations**
- Deliver accurate status reports and performance insights on time.
- Manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Uphold CFL brand standards and partnership agreements.
- Provide professional on‑site support during high‑visibility events (playoffs, Grey Cup).
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with contractual terms.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with logistics, preparation, and execution of partner events, sponsored programs, and on‑site activations.
- Execute sponsorship deliverables: signage, digital assets, in‑game promotions, contests, and partner events.
- Track and analyze sponsorship asset performance; translate data into actionable insights.
- Produce and distribute timely status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support partner onboarding and training on CFL systems, portals, and processes.
- Perform administrative duties (filing, courier, printing, invoicing, contract generation).
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, and events teams to align execution details and suggest improvements.
- Apply independent judgment to resolve issues; escalate when necessary.
- Prioritize tasks using strong time‑management; adapt to changing priorities.
- Provide on‑site event assistance as needed; travel domestically when required.
