Job Description: Job title: Full Stack Engineer Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end development of new, user‑facing features for an AI‑driven procurement platform, designing interaction patterns and integrating with a robust React/Tailwind design system. Expectations: - Deliver production‑ready solutions within days, not weeks. - Communicate clearly with engineers and business stakeholders. - Actively prototype, iterate, and deploy in a high‑ownership, early‑stage environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain new UI features end‑to‑end. - Implement latest interaction patterns for AI‑driven tools. - Interact with users to uncover problems and co‑design solutions. - Work with design teammates to uphold a scalable design system. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and AI teams. - Contribute to increasing overall product impact. Required Skills: - 6+ years of professional software engineering. - Expert in TypeScript/JavaScript and React; comfortable with Python. - Proficiency in React/Tailwind, CSS frameworks, and modern build tools. - UI/UX design intuition or experience; strong visual and interaction design sense. - Ability to choose appropriate tools, balance speed and scalability, and quickly learn new technologies. - Effective communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Experience delivering production‑ready solutions under tight timelines. Bonus Points: - Experience building LLM‑powered products. - Solid visual and interaction design skills with attention to polish. - Knowledge of supply‑chain, procurement, or manufacturing domains.
