**Job Title** AI Product Manager (Senior Consultant / Manager) **Role Summary** Owns the vision, strategy and end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑driven products, blending technical expertise with product leadership to create user‑centred, ethical, and commercially impactful solutions. **Expectations** - Deliver AI or data‑led products within complex enterprise environments. - Demonstrate working knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, and enterprise AI architectures. - Lead product life cycle from discovery to live service, ensuring measurable outcomes. - Advise senior stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and influence strategic decisions. - Coach and guide cross‑functional agile teams through design, experimentation, and deployment. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and shape AI opportunities that solve real business and user needs. - Lead discovery, design‑thinking workshops, and product experimentation sessions. - Translate concepts into clear product definitions, roadmaps, and outcome metrics. - Oversee proofs‑of‑concept and pilot projects, iterating based on data and user feedback. - Embed responsible, secure, and ethical AI principles throughout the product lifecycle. **Required Skills** - Proven product management experience in AI or data‑led initiatives. - Deep understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and enterprise AI architecture. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience coaching team members and leading delivery within agile frameworks. - Ability to synthesize technical insights into business value propositions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred). - Product management certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, AIPMM) and/or AI/ML certification (preferred).
