Job Description
Job Title: Senior Finance Analyst Role Summary: Provide analytical support across White Pine Renewables’ corporate and project finance functions, focusing on solar and energy storage projects. Develop financial models, conduct economic analysis, manage data rooms, and assist in due diligence and compliance for financing activities. Expectations: - Apply strong analytical and modeling skills to evaluate development and investment opportunities. - Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners (investors, banks, vendors). - Take initiative on tasks and manage multiple priorities independently. Key Responsibilities: - Build and update financial models for solar PV, storage, microgrid, and EV charging projects. - Perform economic analyses and prepare valuation reports for potential development and acquisition targets. - Execute due diligence support, including market research and financial screening. - Create and maintain project data rooms for finance, capital partners, and regulatory filings. - Monitor project budgets and execute portfolio roll‑ups for monthly and quarterly investor reporting. - Prepare presentation materials for senior leadership and investor meetings. - Support transition of completed projects to asset management operations. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, VBA, data analysis). - Ability to synthesize large data sets and present clear, actionable findings. - Strong written and verbal communication; effective stakeholder engagement. - Highly organized with proven capacity to juggle competing tasks. - Integrity, accountability, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
