Job Description
Job title: IT Developer – WINDEV Role Summary: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications using the WINDEV/WEBDEV suite. Collaborate with project management, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate user requirements into technical solutions. Support existing systems through troubleshooting, performance optimization, and enhancement. Produce clear documentation and conduct user training. Expectations: - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in WINDEV development. - Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks or projects independently. - Strong analytical, methodological, and meticulous work habits. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business needs and convert them into functional requirements. - Architect, code, test, and deploy WINDEV applications across all development phases. - Maintain and enhance existing WINDEV-based systems, ensuring stability and scalability. - Diagnose and resolve application defects, and implement performance improvements. - Create and update documentation for code, processes, and system features. - Deliver end‑user training and support. - Conduct continuous technology scouting and propose innovations or best practices. Required Skills: - Mastery of WINDEV and WEBDEV development environments. - Solid knowledge of relational database design and SQL. - Experience building and consuming web services / APIs. - Proficiency in writing clear, maintainable code and documentation. - Strong teamwork and communication abilities across technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Self‑directed project management and disciplined approach to development tasks. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - WinDev developer certification or equivalent validated training is preferred.
