Job Description
Job title: Marketing Executive (Fixed term) Role Summary Support the planning, execution and optimisation of multi‑channel marketing campaigns that drive member engagement, retention, and revenue growth within a 6‑month contract. Deliver targeted communications across digital and offline channels, ensuring brand consistency and compliance. Expectations - Deliver high‑quality, on‑brand campaigns within agreed timelines. - Meet KPI targets for engagement, conversion and lifetime value. - Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners. - Maintain GDPR, PECR, ASA and FCA compliance in all marketing activities. Key Responsibilities - Plan, brief, and execute campaigns across email, digital, push, social, print and postal media. - Define objectives, target audiences, messaging and success metrics with senior marketing leaders. - Source and curate offers and seasonal content through partnerships, events and content teams. - Use audience segmentation and membership data to optimise targeting and performance. - Write and edit copy tailored to audience, channel and campaign objectives. - Manage and update member‑only digital platforms using CMS tools. - Build, segment and deliver email campaigns in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing. - Track performance, analyse results, and recommend improvements against KPIs. - Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. - Support wider Member Value team initiatives, tool adoption, template development, research, reporting and best‑practice sharing. Required Skills - 2–4 years of multi‑channel campaign experience (digital & offline). - Strong copywriting and content creation for diverse audiences. - Hands‑on email marketing and CRM platforms (MS Dynamics 365 Marketing preferred). - Audience building, segmentation and targeting expertise. - CMS proficiency for digital content management. - Analytical mindset with KPI tracking and performance optimisation. - Excellent organisational and deadline‑management abilities. - Knowledge of GDPR, PECR, ASA and FCA marketing compliance. - Proven collaboration and cross‑functional teamwork skills. Required Education & Certifications - Graduate qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. - Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM) qualification preferred.
