**Job Title:** Product Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end definition, development, and launch of user‑facing features with a strong focus on UX, content clarity, and product communication. Partner with design, engineering, CSM, and marketing to translate user needs into intuitive solutions and drive adoption through documentation, in‑app messaging, onboarding, and release notes.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver feature concepts to market (85% product management, 15% product marketing).
- Own feature lifecycle from scoping, specs, beta testing, rollout, to impact measurement.
- Act as internal product expert, training CSM and AE teams.
- Produce high‑quality product communication assets and support marketing collateral.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define functional specifications, user stories, and UX requirements.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to create clear, testable specs.
- Manage beta cohorts, gather feedback, iterate, and ensure smooth GA release.
- Develop and maintain user documentation, release notes, in‑app messages, and onboarding flows.
- Coordinate with Marketing for newsletters and updates, ensuring technical accuracy.
- Enable internal teams through training sessions and enablement materials.
- Measure adoption and feature impact using analytics; iterate based on data.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years product management experience, preferably SaaS B2B.
- Strong content creation and product communication abilities.
- Proven ability to interview users, scope requirements, and work with engineering.
- Excellent written communication: functional specs, user stories, documentation.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear narratives.
- Autonomous, proactive, analytical, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Resilient, collaborative, and consensus‑building across cross‑functional squads.
- Bonus: experience with user interviews/workshops, product analytics tools (PostHog, GA), prompt engineering or workflow automation (e.g., n8n).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- No specific certifications required; demonstrated product management track record is essential.
