**Job Title:** Digital Growth Marketing Manager – Luxury Fashion
**Role Summary:**
Lead the development and execution of data‑driven digital growth strategies for a luxury fragrance brand. Drive online sales, customer acquisition, and retention across paid media, affiliate, and influencer channels while maintaining brand prestige and luxury positioning.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable growth in awareness, engagement, and e‑commerce revenue.
- Achieve high ROAS and efficient CAC while preserving luxury brand integrity.
- Maintain rigorous data analysis, forecasting, and reporting with actionable insights.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and execute multi‑channel growth strategies across paid social, search, affiliate, and influencer platforms to boost online sales and repeat purchases.
- Manage paid media campaigns, optimize spend for maximum ROAS and CAC efficiency, and build road‑map for trial-to‑conversion funnel.
- Conduct performance analysis, produce media spend models, e‑commerce forecasts, and continuous conversion‑rate/customer‑value improvements.
- Collaborate with creative/content teams to produce high‑performing digital assets, execute creative testing, and optimize video ads.
- Partner with marketing/partnership teams to source, negotiate, and oversee influencer, affiliate, and UGC collaborations that reinforce brand prestige.
- Monitor and enhance site experience, conversion processes, and CAC‑driving efficiencies; recommend revenue‑impacting product technologies.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of luxury digital experience.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years in digital marketing, growth, or e‑commerce within beauty, luxury, or fashion.
- Expertise in Paid Social, Paid Search, Retargeting, Affiliate, SEO, and GEO targeting.
- Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, influencer platforms (ShopMy, LTK, etc.), and analytics tools (GA4, Looker, etc.).
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, A/B testing, ad‑fraud detection, and performance budgeting.
- Demonstrated record of driving business growth through conversion, AOV, and UPT increases.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Certified Marketing Science Professional, or equivalent (preferred).
