Job Description: Job Title: Founding Software Engineer – Fullstack Role Summary: Serve as an early‑stage founder engineer to design, build, and own core features that power a scalable, AI‑enhanced healthcare infrastructure. Collaborate with the founding team to deliver high‑quality user experiences and robust back‑end systems that democratize healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Design, architect, and implement scalable API and data‑model layers using modern backend frameworks. - Build sophisticated, responsive user interfaces in React with TypeScript. - Integrate AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor) to accelerate development and improve code quality. - Conduct product scoping and customer research to define feature requirements. - Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate user needs into technical solutions. - Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation. - Participate in architecture reviews and code quality discussions. - Lead tech decision‑making for new feature pipelines.
