Job Description

Job title: AI Project Manager – Responsible & Low Code (Internship) Role Summary: Support OuiACT’s climate strategy by integrating artificial intelligence and low‑code automation into daily operations. Contribute to data structuring, tool development, and internal knowledge transfer, while ensuring technical support for web hosting and cloud services. Expectations: Demonstrate initiative in identifying automation opportunities, design and implement AI agents, and maintain system reliability. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non‑technical teams and foster a culture of responsible AI use. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze internal workflows to uncover high‑impact automation opportunities. - Design and develop specialized AI agents to assist teams with routine tasks. - Implement low‑code/​no‑code solutions (Make, Zapier, Notion, N8N, Lovable). - Contribute to the evolution of internal AI tools and modules (Python/JS scripting). - Produce training materials, user guides, and best‑practice documentation. - Provide on‑demand technical support for web hosting, DNS, IP management, and deliverability (OVH, Microsoft 365). - Maintain clear documentation to enable knowledge transfer within the team. Required Skills: - Strong foundation in Python or JavaScript (or equivalent). - Knowledge of generative AI, prompting, LLM APIs, and related concepts. - Experience or interest in low‑code/no‑code platforms (Lovable, Make, Notion AI, etc.). - Familiarity with web hosting, DNS management, and deliverability workflows. - Ability to troubleshoot and support OVH and Microsoft 365 environments. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify technical ideas. - Curiosity, initiative, diligence, autonomy, and organizational discipline. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s (Bac+4) or Master’s (Bac+5) degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related field. - No specific certifications required, but experience with AI or low‑code platforms is an advantage.
