About the Company

Framewell builds AI-powered tools that help people understand healthcare—especially the parts that feel confusing, stressful, or designed for experts. We turn dense documents and fragmented information into clear, plain-language explanations so everyday people can make informed decisions with confidence. Our products and services focus on three core areas: - Medical bill and EOB understanding – We help users interpret common billing and insurance documents, clarify what charges mean, and explain how coverage applies—so they can spot potential issues, reduce uncertainty, and feel prepared for next steps. - Insurance plan clarity – We translate complicated plan language into usable guidance, so users can understand costs, benefits, and tradeoffs in real-world scenarios—without needing to “speak insurance.” - Ongoing support and guidance – We provide a supportive, privacy-minded experience designed to reduce overwhelm. Users can ask questions, revisit prior explanations, and build a clearer picture of their healthcare finances over time. Framewell is built for individuals and families—especially older adults and caregivers—who want trustworthy clarity without jargon. We are not a medical provider and we don’t give medical or legal advice. Our goal is healthcare literacy: helping people understand what they’re reading, what it likely means, and what questions to ask next.
