Expactations: Minimum 10 years of industry experience, valid state HVAC trade license (S1, S2, S10, or P2 types), and OSHA 10 or 30 certification. Key Responsibilities: Install and maintain geothermal, hydronic, radiant heating systems, boilers, gas piping, and hot water heaters. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Fabricate and adjust components using copper, PEX, iron, and other materials. Read blueprints and create materials lists. Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Support project teams with updates and work orders. Required Skills: Strong communication (written and verbal), customer service, problem-solving, self-motivation, professionalism, adaptability, and organizational skills. Job Description
**Job Title** Systems Support Coordinator **Role Summary** Provide frontline support to IT and Business Analytics functions by managing device lifecycles, user permissions, and first‑level system troubleshooting. Coordinate cross‑departmental access and assist in data‑driven reporting, automation testing, and process improvement initiatives. **Expactations** - Deliver timely, accurate support for mobile and desktop hardware. - Maintain compliance with security and access policies across core systems. - Enable senior IT and BA staff to focus on strategic projects by resolving routine issues. - Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and automation adoption. **Key Responsibilities** - Set up, configure, repair, and troubleshoot company cell phones, tablets, and workstation peripherals. - Manage device replacements, upgrades, and vendor repairs; track IT asset inventory. - Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts in ServiceTitan, Salesforce, The Graphite Lab, and other internal systems. - Audit user permissions; coordinate onboarding/off‑boarding access. - Provide first‑level support for ServiceTitan issues; identify recurring patterns and raise them to the Business Analysis team. - Assist BA team with data research, cleanup, and reporting for monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc needs. - Support month‑end close activities including data validation and cross‑system audit checks. - Register HVAC equipment with manufacturers; process customer financing paperwork. - Monitor IT ticket queues; run status reports and follow up on open or overdue tickets. - Maintain departmental documentation, SOPs, and asset inventory records. - Test new automation features with the Automation Committee; validate business rules and provide feedback. - Collect data for automation success metrics and adoption tracking. **Required Skills** - 1–3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or technical operations. - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and basic IT troubleshooting. - Rapid learning of new software systems; prior ServiceTitan experience is a plus. - Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data and reports. - Excellent organizational, prioritization, and customer‑service communication skills. - High attention to detail in equipment registration, reporting, and paperwork. **Required Education & Certifications** - No formal degree required; relevant experience preferred. - Certifications in IT support or systems administration (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified) are desirable.
