**Job Title**
Technical Account Manager & Implementation Engineer
**Role Summary**
Remote, full‑time individual contributor responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with fintech/payments customers, guiding product integration, and providing technical advocacy to ensure successful adoption and ongoing health of Yuno’s payment orchestration platform.
**Expectations**
- Act as primary technical liaison for senior customer stakeholders.
- Deliver proactive guidance on product strategy, risk, and incident resolution.
- Drive successful integration rollouts and post‑implementation adoption.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and support teams.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead technical discovery sessions to capture customer business and operational requirements.
- Design, configure, and support RESTful/SOAP API integrations, including JSON/XML data mapping.
- Provide code samples and best‑practice recommendations in at least one server‑side language (e.g., Go, Python, Node.js).
- Troubleshoot integration issues, coordinate incident response, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Monitor integration progress, conduct health checks, and propose optimization actions.
- Customize product features in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for customers and internal teams.
- Utilize ticketing systems to track and resolve support requests efficiently.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or Integration Engineer in fintech/payments.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, Swagger).
- Proficiency in web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and at least one backend language (Go, Python, Node.js, etc.).
- Familiarity with web servers and databases (Apache/Nginx/IIS, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management abilities.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple initiatives.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Scrum Master) are advantageous but not mandatory.
