Job Description

Job Title: Web & Mobile Project Assistant Role Summary: Assist in managing the full lifecycle of web and mobile projects within a product team, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and stakeholder satisfaction. Expectations: - Execute an internship of 6 months focused on web/mobile project coordination and product lifecycle management. - Demonstrate strong interest and foundational knowledge of web/mobile development, SaaS, and product management. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor daily development progress and manage tickets (bugs, enhancements, client feedback). - Draft functional specifications and user documentation. - Participate in client meetings and prepare presentation materials. - Track project schedules, deliverables, and milestones. - Coordinate communication among design, technical, and client teams. - Conduct functional testing and oversee final acceptance before production deployment. - Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes. Required Skills: - Understanding of development cycles (API, front‑end/back‑end, release, QA). - Proficiency with project management tools (Notion, Jira, Trello). - Excellent organizational, communication, and synthesizing abilities. - Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset. - Minimum C1 level in English (oral and written). Required Education & Certifications: - Current student in engineering, digital studies, or equivalent training program. - Internship qualification.
