Job title: Senior Procurement Manager Role Summary: Lead global sourcing and category strategy for technology services, balancing internal IT spend (OPEX) and client-facing delivery services (COGS). Drive value, cost efficiency, and risk management across a global supplier portfolio, aligning with business budgets and commercial models. Expattaions: Own dual‑focused category strategy, deliver measurable value, maintain strong supplier relationships, influence internal and external stakeholders, and act as technology commercial subject‑matter expert. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and own the global technology services category strategy covering OPEX, COGS, and CAPEX. - Manage sourcing, negotiation, and commercial terms for consulting, managed services, cloud platforms, and integration partners. - Align strategies with finance, business leaders, and go‑to‑market priorities. - Balance innovation, cost, and scalability in vendor selection. - Lead supplier performance, risk, and continuity management. - Partner with sales, delivery, and solution teams to embed commercial terms into client contracts. - Drive continuous improvement, service quality, and value realization. Required Skills: - Extensive procurement/category management experience, including OPEX & COGS. - Deep knowledge of global technology services markets and vendor ecosystems. - Proven supplier relationship management and negotiation skills resulting in cost savings and margin improvement. - Strong analytical, communication, and influence capabilities across IT and delivery teams. - Client commercial model experience (e.g., pass‑through costs, rate cards) preferred. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain, or related field. - Procurement or category management certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, SCOR) are a plus.

Job Description
Job title Employee Relations Advisor Role Summary Provide generalist employee relations (ER) support to UK and European colleagues, advise staff and managers on employment policy, resolve complex ER issues, update processes to reflect legal changes, drive ER process improvements and global policy initiatives, generate data and reports in Workday, and coach managers on ER best practices. Expectations - Handle complex ER cases with fairness and consistency. - Educate and coach managers on procedures, law and best practice. - Keep ER processes, training and tools current with UK and EU legislation. - Contribute to continuous improvement projects and globalisation of policies. - Deliver timely data and reports to business areas. - Demonstrate commercial awareness, organizational skill, and role‑model company values. Key Responsibilities - Respond to employee and manager queries; provide policy and legal guidance. - Escalate complex ER matters to HR Business Partners. - Update HR policies and training materials in line with employment law changes. - Participate in ER process‑improvement initiatives and policy globalisation projects. - Produce Workday‑based data extracts, reports and dashboards for business stakeholders. - Coach and mentor managers on ER, communication, and conflict resolution. - Build and maintain cross‑cultural working relationships across the UK and EU teams. Required Skills - In‑depth knowledge of UK employment law and best practice; exposure to EU regulations. - Proficiency in Workday HRIS, data extraction and reporting. - Strong organisational, prioritisation and time‑management abilities. - Excellent communication, relationship‑building and collaboration skills. - Coaching, mentoring and managerial development capability. - Commercial acumen and ability to align ER advice with business needs. - Ethical conduct, inclusive attitude and cultural sensitivity. Required Education & Certifications - CIPD qualification (minimum Level 3; Level 5 desirable). - Demonstrated experience in employee relations roles (e.g., HR, ER advisor).
