**Role Summary:**
Join an early‑stage AI startup building an enterprise‑grade associate for financial firms. Lead the design and implementation of high‑impact, user‑facing features that combine modern web technologies with generative AI, data retrieval, and autonomous agents. Shape product direction, architecture, and team culture from day one while working closely with design, ML, and product teams.

- 3‑8 years of hands‑on experience building modern web applications (React, TypeScript).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver mission‑critical features end‑to‑end.
- Passion for GenAI UI/UX and willingness to work on‑site in San Francisco (4 days/week).
- Strong ownership mindset, rapid iteration, and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a high‑growth, equity‑driven environment (0.5%+ equity, $175K‑$300K salary).
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect, develop, and maintain frontend and full‑stack components using React, TypeScript, and associated modern frameworks.
- Create intuitive user interfaces for LLM‑driven chat, data retrieval, and autonomous agent interactions.
- Own the full product lifecycle for mission‑critical features: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Partner with design, machine‑learning, and product teams to iterate rapidly on user experience.
- Contribute to knowledge‑graph and enterprise search infrastructure integration.
- Establish best practices for code quality, performance, and scalability in a cloud‑native environment.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficient in React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern state‑management libraries.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket communication.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile development processes.
- Strong problem‑solving skills for data‑heavy, retrieval‑oriented applications.
