Job Description
**Job title** Agency Manager (F/M) **Role Summary** Lead and manage the daily operations of a travel agency, driving sales, team performance, and customer experience. Oversee a team of six destination specialists, ensuring high-quality service and achieving commercial targets while maintaining brand standards. **Expectations** - Proven experience in travel consulting, sales, and team management. - Strong commercial acumen with the ability to inspire and lead a sales team. - Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to represent the brand regionally. - Proactive, detail‑oriented, and willing to propose and implement improvements. **Key Responsibilities** - Supervise daily store operations and manage a team of six travel consultants. - Analyze team sales data, track performance metrics, and share best practices. - Identify growth levers and elevate team competency. - Oversee local commercial development and ensure smooth agency operations. - Sell tailor‑made travel packages, acting as the subject‑matter expert for one or more regions. - Guide customers through end‑to‑end journeys: initial consultation, itinerary design, execution, and post‑trip follow‑up. - Engage clients in‑store, over the phone, via website, and through virtual meetings. **Required Skills** - Sales and negotiation in the travel industry. - Team leadership, coaching, and performance management. - Data analysis and KPI monitoring. - Destination knowledge (North America, Asia, Southern Europe, Latin America). - Excellent written and verbal communication in French; proficiency in English is a plus. - Proficiency with CRM and travel‑planning tools. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field. - Certified Travel Associate (CTA) or similar travel industry certification preferred.
