Job title: Software Engineer Role Summary: Build and ship full‑stack internal products for an AI client, owning end‑to‑end outcomes from ideation to delivery. Collaborate across engineering, product, and design to craft reusable abstractions that empower non‑technical users. Expectations: 6 + years of production software experience (full‑stack preferred), ability to work independently as a single‑person team, strong systems thinking, high autonomy, decision‑making under ambiguity, and a user‑centric mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Rapidly design, prototype, and deploy full‑stack features across backend, frontend, and infra. - Consult users and stakeholders to capture workflows, identify high‑impact opportunities, and surface patterns. - Abstract user requests into primitives, platforms, or middleware that scale beyond single features. - Build tools that enable creative freedom for less‑technical users. - Make product and prioritization decisions, iterating quickly based on feedback to improve UX. - Continuously adopt new tools, frameworks, and domains as the product evolves. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and React. - Full‑stack development experience and ability to ship production features independently. - Experience building platform‑level tools, primitives, or internal APIs used by others. - Strong problem‑solving, system‑design, and abstraction skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration. - Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and operating with ambiguity.
