Job Description: Job title: Senior DevOps Engineer Role Summary: Design, build, and maintain a fully containerized development and release ecosystem for AI‑powered robotics. Architect scalable CI/CD pipelines, optimize C++ build workflows, and implement OTA update and fleet observability systems. Expectations: Deliver production‑ready, high‑performance container environments; lead end‑to‑end release engineering; collaborate cross‑functionally with software, hardware, and operations teams; ensure secure, efficient, and observable robot deployments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain edge container strategy for parity across dev, simulation, and production. - Architect end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines with automated build, simulation, regression, and hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing. - Own software release lifecycle: versioning, packaging, and OTA deployment to field robots. - Optimize C++ build systems (CMake/Colcon) with dependency management and one‑command developer setup. - Implement fleet‑wide monitoring, logging, alerting for real‑time health and performance insights. - Collaborate with SRE and security teams to secure container images and deployment pipelines. Required Skills: - 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or release engineering. - Deep expertise in Docker (multi‑stage builds, layer caching, GPU/USB/sensor access). - Proven CI/CD architecture from scratch (caching, parallelization, artifact management). - Advanced Linux systems knowledge (kernel, networking, device drivers, container debugging). - Experience with large C++ build systems (CMake/Bazel) focused on reliability and developer productivity. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Certifications such as Docker Certified Associate, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or similar are a plus. ---
