**Job title**
Contract Manager – F/H
**Role Summary**
Independent manager of contractual obligations for complex IT projects. Ensures legal, financial, and operational compliance from pre‑contract to closure, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders and driving risk mitigation.
**Expactations**
Direct participation in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts with clients, suppliers, partners, and subcontractors. Lead post‑contract oversight, including deliverables, payments, SLAs, and modifications. Handle pre‑contentious and contentious issues, maintain a continuous improvement loop, and support commercial and technical teams with legal clarity.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Draft, negotiate, and audit contracts in collaboration with legal, account, and technical teams.
- Identify and assess contractual risks (legal, financial, operational, compliance).
- Manage execution of contractual obligations: deliverables, acceptance, timelines, guarantees, payments, penalties, and SLAs.
- Coordinate internal parties (legal, finance, engineering, project management) to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and chair contract review meetings; produce reporting, KPI analysis, and alert systems.
- Oversee amendments, claims, and modification requests in partnership with legal counsel.
- Drive contract closure: performance assessment, warranty review, reservation release.
- Support pre‑litigation and litigation processes with legal partners.
- Capture lessons learned and propose enhancements to contract processes.

- Master’s degree (Engineering, Law, Business, or equivalent) with solid knowledge of commercial law, intellectual property, and public procurement.
- 3–5 years professional experience as Contract Manager on complex IT projects.
