**Job title:** Graduate Analyst – Data & Machine Learning Operations **Role Summary:** An 18‑month rotational graduate program focused on Machine Learning Operations (MLOps), Data Integration, and Business Intelligence (BI) & Data Modeling. Job Title: Project Management Officer Role Summary Act as a versatile project leader within the General Secretariat, driving Volkswagen Financial Services’ transformation agenda. Manage, coordinate, and oversee strategic initiatives across the front- and back-office, ensuring alignment with governance, data, and ESG objectives. Adapt role between project manager, PMO, business analyst, or stream leader to meet project-specific needs. Expectations - Deliver projects that advance corporate strategy and operational excellence. - Apply cross-functional collaboration, flexibility, and value creation principles. - Maintain high standards of quality, risk mitigation, and stakeholder satisfaction.
