**Job Title:** Summer Intern – Strategy & Portfolio Management **Role Summary:** Support Strategy & Portfolio Management and Program Management functions by evaluating, updating, and enhancing drug‑development process materials and the Program Team intranet hub. Drive stakeholder engagement, improve content quality and user experience, and develop communication assets that promote best practices across cross‑functional teams in a biotech environment. **Expactations:** - Complete internship period: 27 May – 08 Aug 2025. - Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program; returning to school in the Fall term. - Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure and meet deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review and verify accuracy of end‑to‑end drug‑development process documentation. - Analyze current intranet usage patterns; design and implement enhancements to site navigation, content, and visual presentation. - Collect, synthesize, and act on feedback from Program Team members and functional stakeholders. - Launch and manage an engagement campaign (Teams/SharePoint) to increase awareness and adoption of intranet tools. - Produce concise content on high‑performing team practices for inclusion on the intranet and internal communications. - Create and update timeline templates and visual reporting materials for cross‑functional program planning. - Support additional Program Management Office deliverables as prioritized. **Required Skills:** - Strong written and verbal communication; ability to create clear, concise content. - Proficiency in website/content management (SharePoint/Teams), PowerPoint design, and basic web development concepts. - Analytical mindset with ability to assess usage data and translate insights into actionable plans. - Strategic, critical, and creative thinking; sound judgment with confidential information. - Collaborative interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with senior and junior stakeholders. - Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related). - No specific certifications required; familiarity with pharmaceutical business metrics and industry trends is preferred.
