Job Title: IT Technical Support Analyst Role Summary: Deliver first‑line support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user productivity. Serve as the primary escalation point for unresolved problems, coordinating with IT teams to resolve higher‑level incidents. Expactations: Provide timely, professional assistance via phone, email, or in‑person; document all tickets accurately; meet or exceed SLA targets for call handling and resolution; maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company systems and support processes; communicate clearly with non‑technical users; collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve support workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to user support requests, triage issues, and provide solutions for Windows/MacOS, Office 365, and peripheral devices. - Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. - Monitor help desk ticketing system, maintain priority levels, and follow up until closure. - Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions. - Escalate complex incidents to tier‑2/engineering teams; track progress and provide updates. - Conduct remote support sessions and perform onsite visits as needed. - Generate reports on incident trends, user satisfaction, and SLA compliance. - Participate in ongoing training and knowledge base development. - Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets; submit replacement requests. - Support migration projects and deployment of new applications or updates. Required Skills: Technical troubleshooting, Windows/Linux OS, Office 365, Active Directory, networking basics (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS), remote‑desk tools, ticketing systems, excellent communication, problem‑solving, time‑management, team collaboration. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate highly desirable.

Job Description
Job Title: QA Food Science Specialist Role Summary The QA Food Science Specialist is responsible for ensuring that dairy products meet stringent quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role involves designing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance protocols across all stages of production, from raw ingredient sourcing to finished product release. Expections - Minimum 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in a dairy or food manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of dairy product chemistry, microbiology, and process control. - Demonstrated ability to develop and validate analytical methods and SOPs. - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities - Develop, revise, and enforce QA/QC SOPs for raw materials, in‑process, and finished goods. - Conduct regular audits of production lines, facilities, and suppliers to verify compliance with GMP and HACCP. - Perform and oversee sampling, laboratory testing, and data analysis on dairy products and ingredients. - Lead investigations into quality deviations, non‑conformities, and customer complaints, recommending corrective actions. - Partner with Production, R&D, and Regulatory teams to implement process improvements and new product releases. - Maintain accurate quality records and ensure traceability for all product batches. - Evaluate and approve suppliers’ quality documentation and conduct periodic supplier assessments. Required Skills - Proficiency in dairy-specific analytical techniques (e.g., protein, fat, lactose, microbial testing). - Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 22000, SQF, BRC). - Strong command of data management tools (e.g., Excel, LIMS). - Ability to interpret and apply food regulations (e.g., EU, FDA). - Detail‑oriented with strong documentation and reporting capabilities. - Collaborative mindset for cross‑functional teamwork. Required Education & Certifications - B.Sc. in Food Science, Dairy Science, Chemistry, or related field (M.Sc. preferred). - Certified Quality Assurance Professional (e.g., CPSP, CQE) or similar is advantageous. - Valid HACCP certification (Lead Auditor or Hazard Analysis Trainer) preferred.
