**Job Title:** Digital Marketing & Acquisition Specialist
**Role Summary:**
Drive the digital visibility and performance of the organization and its subsidiaries by managing web properties, SEO/SEA strategies, analytics, and e‑reputation. Collaborate with internal marketing, communication teams and external agencies to implement and optimize the company’s digital strategy.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar digital marketing role, preferably in a multi‑brand or agency B2B environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English for professional contexts.
- Strong analytical rigor, project‑management capability, and teamwork orientation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and optimize corporate websites (content integration, technical updates, incident handling) in coordination with external providers.
- Ensure compliance with digital regulations (accessibility, GDPR, cookie management).
- Set up and maintain web analytics (GA4, Google Tag Manager), define KPIs, create dashboards, and provide performance insights.
- Design and execute SEO and local SEO strategies (technical, semantic, link‑building) and produce regular reporting.
- Plan, launch, and analyze SEA/SMA campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Monitor and improve e‑reputation; implement listening tools and corrective actions.
- Oversee digital communication tools (e.g., email signature platform) and campaign deployment.
- Coordinate cross‑functional projects with marketing, communication teams and external agencies.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
- Expertise in SEO/SEA tools (Semrush, Google Ads, Search Console).
- Advanced knowledge of analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager).
- Project management and vendor coordination experience.
- Excellent written communication in French and English.
- Strong analytical mindset, curiosity for digital trends, and collaborative spirit.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Digital Marketing, Communication, Web Development, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO) are a plus.
