**Job Title**
Corporate Operations Intern (Solutions IT Internship)
**Role Summary**
Support the Corporate Operations leadership in a federal‑contracting government services organization. Execute administrative, data‑collection, and presentation tasks to enable smooth day‑to‑day operations, facilitate cross‑functional meetings, and maintain operational documentation and performance trackers.
**Expactations**
- Attend and document Corporate Operations meetings, accounting & finance calls, and other cross‑functional sessions.
- Coordinate and manage agendas, minutes, action items, and follow‑ups.
- Maintain and update Microsoft Planner, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive workspaces.
- Produce executive summaries, dashboards, and performance reports for monthly and quarterly reviews.
- Apply AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) for summarization, documentation, and workflow automation.
- Provide general administrative support and process improvement assistance across Corporate Operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Provide direct support to the Director of Corporate Operations, including priority tracking, meeting coordination, and leadership brief preparation.
2. Maintain Microsoft Planner boards, track milestones and risks, and ensure documentation is current.
3. Pull transcripts and recordings from Teams, produce structured meeting summaries, and distribute readouts.
4. Execute the monthly Operations Meeting: slide prep, live note‑taking, risk capture, and post‑meeting executive summary.
5. Populate and maintain monthly departmental performance data, reporting trackers, and dashboards; support Quarterly Performance & Action Reviews (QPARs).
6. Leverage AI‑enabled tools to streamline administrative workflows, automate summaries, and standardize templates.
7. Provide ad hoc administrative, documentation, coordination, and process support as assigned.
8. Assist with documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives for governance and recurring deliverables.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately, on time, and with clear follow‑through.
**Required Skills**
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Experience using AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) preferred.
- Detail‑oriented with good problem‑solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA in declared major.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Local to the DMV area with ability to work onsite as needed.
