Job Description

**Job Title:** AI Analyst **Role Summary:** Apply AI technologies to transform business processes, enhance user experiences, and deliver enterprise-level solutions through hands-on project work. Focus on integrating emerging AI tools, including LLMs and SLMs, into practical applications. **Expectations:** - Minimum predicted 2:1 degree (any discipline with programming foundation). - Interest in AI solution development and enterprise application of AI. - Programming experience (Python preferred; other languages accepted). - Curiosity about AI advancements (LLMs, SLMs, agentic AI). - Familiarity with or openness to learn prompt engineering. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build/maintain AI agents and conversational solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio 365 and Azure Foundry. - Collaborate with engineers/solution architects to implement best practices in AI tooling. - Develop documentation, prompts, and configurations aligned with governance standards. - Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and test solutions. - Analyze and apply LLM/SLM capabilities in enterprise workflows. - Participate in agile delivery, including stand-ups, sprints, and retrospective reviews. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in programming concepts (data structures, semantics). - Knowledge of AI/LLM/SLM technologies and their applications. - Prompt engineering experience or capacity to learn. - Stakeholder communication and collaborative problem-solving abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum predicted 2:1 degree (any field). - Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft AI/Cloud) provided through program.
