Job title: Product Operations Analyst Role Summary: Provide analytical support and operational excellence for product teams by building dashboards, cleaning data, and enhancing product tools and governance processes. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, Excel, and SQL to track product performance and delivery health. - Query, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support decision making and KPI tracking. - Support product governance including roadmap reviews, initiative tracking, and benefit realization. - Maintain and improve product management tools (Aha!, Confluence, Miro); identify and implement workflow efficiencies. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth initiative execution. - Provide structured analysis and operational support across the product lifecycle, including ad‑hoc projects to drive excellence. Job Title: Security Architect Role Summary Securely architect and guide the evolution of core platforms and systems, ensuring compliance with global regulatory frameworks and embedding secure-by-design principles across all projects. Expectations - Lead and enforce security architecture and SDLC standards in a regulated environment. - Integrate security practices into DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines. - Apply threat modeling, risk assessment, and privacy-by-design within solution designs.
