Job Description
Job Title: National Account Manager Role Summary: Own and grow key national OOH accounts for a fast‑growing drinks business, driving distribution, sales, visibility and profitability across wholesalers, distributors, and channel partners. Expactations: Deliver sustainable revenue growth, meet volume targets and P&L objectives, secure new business, and build strong relationships with national and regional OOH customers. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and expand relationships with major national and regional OOH customers, including wholesalers and distributors. • Develop and execute joint business plans to increase distribution, sales velocity, brand visibility and margin. • Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, promotions, listings and contractual agreements. • Forecast sales, set volume targets, and plan promotional activities aligned with corporate goals. • Identify and capitalize on new OOH opportunities in foodservice, hospitality, leisure, travel and workplace channels. • Craft compelling sell‑in narratives aligned with consumer demand, brand values and commercial targets. • Analyze customer and channel data to uncover growth opportunities and inform strategy. • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, finance and operations to ensure flawless execution. • Mentor and develop the OOH sales team, fostering new business wins and account expansion.
