Job Description: **Job Title** Full‑Stack Developer (PHP/Symfony & React.js) **Role Summary** Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of a tele‑medicine digital platform. Work across both back‑end (Symfony, SQL) and front‑end (React.js) components, ensuring a seamless user experience and robust performance. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and technological innovation. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality code for new features and enhancements. - Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and acceptance‑criteria definition. - Stay informed on emerging web technologies and propose relevant improvements. - Provide early, measurable impact on product functionality and user satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, code, test, and deploy back‑end services using PHP, Symfony, and SQL. - Build responsive, accessible front‑end interfaces with React.js (React‑Native optional). - Automate deployment pipelines using Docker and maintain CI/CD workflows. - Implement version control best practices with Git, manage pull requests and merge strategies. - Write unit, integration, and functional tests; maintain test coverage. - Author technical documentation, API specifications, and usage guides. - Collaborate with product, design, QA, and operations teams to refine requirements and prioritize tasks. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and propose optimizations. - Champion UX best practices to enhance patient and provider journeys. **Required Skills** - Strong proficiency in PHP, Symfony, and relational database design (SQL). - Solid experience with modern JavaScript and React.js frameworks. - Knowledge of Docker, container orchestration, and CI/CD processes. - Expertise in Git workflow (branching, rebasing, merging). - Demonstrated ability to develop both back‑and front‑end components. - UX‑centric mindset and familiarity with web accessibility standards. - Experience writing automated tests (unit, integration, end‑to‑end). - Ability to translate functional requirements into scalable, maintainable code. - Proven track record of delivering functional projects in a team setting. - Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience. - Portfolio or demonstrable projects showcasing applied skills encouraged. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Valid certifications in PHP/Symfony or React.js are a plus.
