**Job title:** Senior Manager – Change Acceleration
**Role Summary:**
Lead medium‑to‑large scale client transformation initiatives across various industries, focusing on private sector engagements. Own end‑to‑end client delivery, managing budgets, resources, contracts, and billing. Drive development of change management methodologies, new service offerings, and internal training to upskill the practice. Mentor and coach junior consultants while contributing to business development, internal practice growth, and learning programs.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver complex, multi‑supplier transformation programs and achieve agreed business outcomes.
- Create and execute client engagement plans, ensuring high‑quality delivery and profitability.
- Develop innovative change management services and tools, incorporating technology and agile practices.
- Support new business development, generating approximately £1 m in consulting revenue.
- Foster strong client relationships and secure repeat engagements and referrals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own design, planning, and delivery of client transformation programs (medium to large scale).
- Manage budgets, resource mixes, billing, and contractual obligations for engagements.
- Build and refine delivery strategies, new offerings, and best‑practice frameworks.
- Lead, coach, and develop consulting teams, ensuring skill growth and performance.
- Contribute to business development: proposals, RFP responses, client pitches, and hosting events.
- Create and disseminate internal training, white‑papers, and practice‑development initiatives.
- Partner with sales to transition clients from proposal to delivery, ensuring success metrics are met.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience leading complex, multi‑supplier transformational initiatives in consulting or industry.
- Advanced change management expertise: stakeholder engagement, strategic change delivery, and technology‑enabled change.
- Commercial acumen to structure profitable deals and recognize growth opportunities.
- Strong facilitation and coaching abilities; ability to mentor junior consultants.
- Familiarity with hybrid delivery models merging traditional change management and agile frameworks.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, AGILE, MSP, MoP, P3O).
- Capability to work effectively in matrixed, cross‑functional environments.
- Business‑development mindset, with a track record of generating consulting revenues.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, management, or related discipline.
- Professional change management certification (PROSCI, APMG, or equivalent).
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or comparable agile/project‑management certification.
- MSP, MoP, and/or P3O from Axelos preferred.
- UK Security Check (SC) status or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
