Senior Data, Risks & Compliance Consultant – AI‑Enhanced
**Role Summary**
Lead strategy & transformation initiatives in the financial services sector, focusing on regulatory compliance, AI‑powered automation, and risk management. Own end‑to‑end project delivery, design workshops, and mentorship of junior consultants, while driving innovation in data analytics and AI use cases to optimize financial controls and operational models.
**Expactations**
- Deliver measurable improvements in compliance readiness and risk posture for banking and fintech clients.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert on emerging regulations (Basel IV, MiCAR, AI Act, AML/KYC, ESG) and translate them into actionable programs.
- Generate and pilot AI‑generative use cases that automate compliance workflows and enhance risk analytics.
- Influence client strategy through consulting, thought leadership, and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and continuous learning.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct regulatory gap analyses and develop roadmaps to meet Basel IV, MiDAR, MiCAR, AMLA, and ESG requirements.
- Identify, design, and test AI‑generative solutions that automate compliance, improve risk monitoring, and streamline operational models.
- Lead project scoping, planning, and execution, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery with high stakeholder satisfaction.
- Facilitate interactive workshops, brainstorming sessions, and training modules for clients and internal teams.
- Produce analytical reports, dashboards, and executive presentations that synthesize complex data insights.
- Supervise and coach junior consultants on research, analysis, and client interaction.
**Required Skills**
- Deep knowledge of financial regulation, risk management, AML/KYC, sanctions, and ESG frameworks.
- Proven experience in digital transformation, data analytics, and AI implementation across financial services.
- Strong project management: scoping, stakeholder management, budgeting, risk assessment, and deliverable ownership.
- Advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis, data visualization, and narrative synthesis.
- Leadership and coaching capabilities, with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English; ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum Bac+5 (equivalent to a Master’s or engineering degree) in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in risk management (e.g., FRM, PRM), compliance (e.g., CFE, CISA), or AI/Big Data (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer) are preferred but not mandatory.
