Job Description: Job Title: Real Estate Advisor Role Summary: Assume an independent advisory role to develop and manage a client portfolio within the Marseille market. Represent buyers and sellers through all transaction stages up to the notarised deed, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Expectations: - Build and maintain a robust client and referral network. - Close and report on property transactions within agreed timelines. - Meet or exceed set sales targets and growth metrics. - Continuously refine knowledge of new‐build and resale markets, as well as related leasing and asset‑management services. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect, qualify, and secure new business leads. - Conduct market analysis, prepare comparative marketing reports, and present investment options to clients. - Negotiate offers, manage contract negotiations, and coordinate with notaries and lenders. - Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records of all interactions and pipeline stages. - Collaborate with internal teams (transactions, leasing, asset management) to ensure client needs are met. - Attend ongoing training to stay current with industry regulations and product offerings. Required Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proven sales experience in real estate (agency, developer, or consultancy) preferred. - Self‑motivated, autonomous, and resilient in a target‑driven environment. - Familiarity with real‑estate market tools, digital platforms, and trading procedures. - Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum of a university degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. - Real‑estate brokerage license or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
