Job Title: Digital Communications & Marketing Manager (B2B & B2C) Role Summary Lead the data‑driven digital strategy to increase brand visibility and measurable business growth across B2B and B2C channels. Manage a small internal team, external agencies, and oversee cross‑channel campaigns, content, and community engagement while driving performance metrics and ROI. Expactations - Demonstrate strategic and operational excellence with proven growth results. - Collaborate across global and local teams, delivering consistent brand messaging. - Innovate using emerging digital tools and AI to optimize marketing spend. Key Responsibilities - Build and mentor a digital marketing team (Digital Marketing Officer, intern). - Design and execute multi‑channel campaigns (SEO, SEA, email, marketing automation, social media). - Develop and maintain brand narratives for professionals and patients, including storytelling, influencer collaborations, and short‑form video content. - Launch and manage newsletters, flash communications, and cross‑brand marketing activities with segmentation and automation. - Own end‑to‑end performance: acquisition, engagement, conversion, churn. - Create dashboards and analytics reports (GA4, Power BI, Looker Studio) to track KPI and ROI. - Coordinate with CRM, website, and UX teams to optimize the user journey. - Cultivate community growth and manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube). - Maintain alignment with global marketing guidelines and share best practices. - Manage budgets, partner contracts, and ensure on‑time delivery of marketing deliverables. Required Skills - Minimum 5 years of digital marketing and communications experience with B2B & B2C focus. - Advanced SEO/SEA keyword strategy, on‑page and technical optimisation. - Social media strategy, community management, and content production across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube. - Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), WordPress/ Sitecore, and email marketing tools. - Strong analytical mindset: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush, Looker Studio, Power BI. - Ability to interpret data, optimise spend, and deliver actionable insights. - Excellent cross‑functional collaboration, communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. - Open to AI and emerging digital technology applications. - Bilingual in English and French; English fluency required, French a plus. Job title: Product Expert – Audioprosthetist (H/F) Role Summary: Provide technical expertise, instructional design, and field support for audiological device solutions. Deliver training to professionals, students, and customers, develop educational content, support product launches, and drive adoption of advanced hearing technologies. Expectations: - 3–5 years of professional experience in audioprothesis, acoustics, or related field. - Proven track record in product knowledge, client engagement, and training delivery. - Comfortable representing the brand in diverse settings (internal teams, external events, academic institutions). - Valid driver’s licence (Category B); willingness to travel regularly for on‑site training and meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct manufacturer‑led training sessions for students, audioprothesists, and assistants (≈2 weeks/month). - Lead client and prospect workshops via webinars, e‑learning, and in‑person sessions for key accounts. - Co‑design and facilitate specialized training modules in collaboration with sales teams. - Engage with audiology schools domestically and internationally through face‑to‑face and virtual sessions. - Create, update, and disseminate instructional materials (presentations, tutorials, videos, guides). - Promote product brands and technical expertise through presentations and tailored content for the French market. - Provide Level‑2 technical assistance and expert advice on hearing device selection and optimization. - Participate in commercial and marketing events, workshops, and market‑focused meetings. - Support new product launches by preparing education materials and upskilling trainers and sales staff. - Continuously evaluate service quality, identify pain points, and communicate improvements to relevant teams, ensuring regulatory compliance.
