Job Description

Job title: Salesforce Developer Role Summary: Responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) to meet client business requirements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to translate functional needs into technical specifications, ensure data integrity, and optimize platform performance. Expactations: - 3‑5 years of object‑oriented programming experience (Java, C#, etc.). - 1‑2 years of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning). - Strong SQL knowledge and database manipulation. - Proven integration experience with third‑party systems via APIs and middleware. - Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Program, test, and debug custom Salesforce components. - Analyze requirements and produce technical specifications. - Design, code, test, and document technical solutions. - Conduct data migration and maintain data integrity. - Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce best practices and optimization. - Escalate project concerns to appropriate sponsors. - Mentor junior consultants. Required Skills: - Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component development. - Object‑oriented programming in Java/C#/equivalent. - SQL database design and querying. - Integration via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., Mulesoft). - Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. - Effective communication and teamwork. - Ability to work independently and under pressure. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (required). - Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II) desirable.
