**Role Summary**
Strategic finance support role reporting directly to the CFO. Acts as a liaison between senior management and key projects, coordinating high‑value finance activities, governance, and M&A initiatives to drive the group’s growth and operational efficiency.
**Expectations**
- 1–3 years of professional experience in finance, audit, consulting, or transaction services.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate complex information clearly, and work cross‑functionally.
- Strong analytical mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a proactive approach to learning.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Financial Operations Support**
- Assist in operational management of the holding and subsidiaries.
- Oversee the holding’s accounting, coordinating with external firms.
- Prepare monthly reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and financial presentations for senior management.
- Aid in budgeting, planning, and variance analysis.
- Update and automate Excel tools and internal reporting processes.
2. **Governance & Administration**
- Maintain administrative records for all group entities.
- Act as the primary interface with lawyers, auditors, notaries, and tax advisors.
- Update legal files and support internal calendar management.
3. **M&A and Growth Projects**
- Support acquisition and divestiture processes, including financial modeling and business plan preparation.
- Prepare internal and investor presentations.
- Participate in post‑acquisition integration: administrative coordination, financial & legal reconciliation, and KPI monitoring.
4. **Cross‑Functional Projects**
- Lead internal mini‑projects such as reporting automation or new tool implementation.
- Provide operational coordination and structural support to various teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CFO on concurrent initiatives.
5. **Communication & Coordination**
- Manage the CFO’s agenda and prioritize tasks.
- Draft summaries, slide decks, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely circulation of information and adherence to deadlines.
**Required Skills**
- Strong financial analysis, accounting, and reporting expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills.
- Rigorous, detail‑oriented, and organized.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, management, or engineering from a recognized institution (e.g., business school or university).
- Relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are advantageous but not mandatory.
