Job Description

Job Title: Internship – Corporate Lawyer (Contract Law) Role Summary: Corporate lawyer intern responsible for drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts for clients, partners, and internal operations within a logistics technology platform. Conduct legal risk analysis, insurance clause assessment, and support internal audits and compliance initiatives to safeguard contractual relationships and operational practices. Expectations: - Produce accurate, clear, and enforceable contractual documents. - Identify and mitigate legal and contractual risks. - Ensure alignment between contractual terms, insurance policies, and operational realities. - Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and legal frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, analyze, and update client contracts (logistics, transport, messaging) and partner agreements (logisticians, carriers, service providers). - Review and update general terms (CGU, CGV) and standard contractual frameworks. - Analyze contractual risk exposures and suggest mitigation measures. - Examine insurance clauses (liability, guarantees) and align them with operational risk profiles. - Participate in internal audit processes to verify compliance with procedures and legal standards. - Monitor changes in contract law, liability, and insurance regulations; provide updates to operational teams. - Support commercial, partnership, and operations teams with legal advice and tool development. Required Skills: - Strong legal drafting and contract analysis abilities. - Understanding of contract law, business law, and insurance law. - Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and risk assessment skills. - Ability to translate legal concepts into operational terms. - Self‑direction, curiosity, and pragmatic approach to legal problem‑solving. - Comfortable working in a tech or logistics environment; familiarity with supply‑chain contexts is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Current Master 1 or Master 2 (or equivalent) student in Law with a focus on contract law or business law. - No specific professional certifications required.
