**Job Title:** Vice President, CRM Developer
**Role Summary:** Lead the design, development, and integration of Salesforce‑based CRM solutions in a financial services environment, collaborating across sales, marketing, finance, and relationship management to enhance data quality, workflow automation, and reporting.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver end‑to‑end application solutions (requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, maintenance).
- Align CRM strategy with business goals, ensuring high data integrity, scalability, and user adoption.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and support users.
- Manage vendor relationships and stay current on industry best practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Design and develop integration solutions for CRM ecosystem using C#/Python, .NET Core, SQL Server, Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, and Microsoft Fabric.
2. Build and maintain ETL pipelines, advanced SQL queries (CTEs, window functions, pivot), and data transformation logic.
3. Develop and support Salesforce, Pardot, and Marketo applications and APIs (SOQL, Bulk API, REST).
4. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to propose system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and resolve data discrepancies.
5. Lead strategic planning around CRM roadmap, marketing materials, and user engagement.
6. Provide technical guidance and documentation; support business users with queries and error resolution.
7. Mentor junior developers and maintain coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and architecture best practices.
**Required Skills:**
- 10+ years in C#/Python, .NET Core, SQL Server in financial services.
- Extensive experience in full application lifecycle, ETL patterns, and advanced SQL.
- Proficient with Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo; APIs, SOQL, Bulk API, REST.
- Strong knowledge of CRM object model (Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Campaign, etc.).
- Hands‑on Azure (App Services, SQL Database, Microsoft Fabric), Azure DevOps CI/CD.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; customer‑service oriented.
- Vendor management, prioritization, inclusive leadership.
- Familiarity with data‑warehouse concepts, master data management, and basic financial product knowledge.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications in Salesforce (Administrator, Advanced Developer, or equivalent) and Azure fundamentals (optional but preferred).
