Job Description

**Job Title** NetSuite Solution Architect (Functional) **Role Summary** Design and lead end‑to‑end functional implementations of NetSuite finance solutions for multi‑entity, multi‑currency organizations. Conduct workshops with senior finance stakeholders, translate requirements into optimal functional designs, and provide architectural guidance on configuration, integrations, and data flows. Support post‑go‑live optimization and continuous improvement while collaborating with technical teams and external partners. **Expectations** - Deliver clear, scalable functional designs that minimize customisation. - Lead and facilitate finance requirements workshops, influencing senior leadership. - Ensure alignment of NetSuite configuration with business processes across Record‑to‑Report, Order‑to‑Cash, and Procure‑to‑Pay. - Provide expert guidance on integration and data‑flow architecture. - Drive post‑implementation support, issue resolution, and ongoing optimisation. **Key Responsibilities** - Own functional solution design for NetSuite finance modules. - Lead workshops with senior finance stakeholders to capture and refine business needs. - Translate requirements into functional specifications and configuration recommendations. - Serve as functional lead for Record‑to‑Report, Order‑to‑Cash, and Procure‑to‑Pay processes. - Advise on NetSuite architecture, integrations, and data flow design. - Collaborate with technical developers, external partners, and implementation teams to ensure quality delivery. - Support post‑go‑live activities, including optimisation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills** - Proven experience as a NetSuite Solution Architect or senior functional consultant. - Deep functional expertise in NetSuite Finance (GL, AP, AR, Revenue Recognition, Fixed Assets). - Strong accounting knowledge and experience with multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments. - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, especially with finance leadership. - Fluent written and spoken French and English. - Ability to design solutions that avoid unnecessary customisation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - NetSuite functional certification (e.g., NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite Finance Certification) preferred. - Relevant accounting or finance certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) considered a plus.
