**Job Title**
Systems, Networks and Security Administrator (H/F)
**Role Summary**
Maintain and secure the enterprise IT infrastructure, support end‑users, and oversee the planning and execution of infrastructure projects.
**Expectations**

- Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide first‑line support for users during service hours.
- Manage incidents, requests, and escalation to specialized teams.
- Install, configure, and administer Windows Server (2019/2022), Linux, Hyper‑V, VMWare, and Azure environments.
- Manage Active Directory (On‑Premise & Azure AD) and Group Policy.
- Configure and maintain Office 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and related cloud services.
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco, Huawei, and Ubiquiti network devices.
- Implement backup and disaster recovery (Veeam, Synology, Nakivo).
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and technical procedures.
- Conduct security monitoring with Centreon, Wazuh, Splunk, and Fortinet (FG, FAZ, FM).
- Enforce security policies defined by the CISO and perform vulnerability scanning.
- Perform system and network monitoring, event alerting, and performance tuning.
- Lead or support infrastructure projects, including cloud migration and DevOps initiatives (Terraform, ELK stack).
- Coordinate external service providers and manage service contracts.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years in systems and network administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, Hyper‑V, VMWare, and Linux.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, GPO, and Azure AD.
- Experience with Cisco, Huawei, and Ubiquiti networking.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab.
- Monitoring tools: Centreon, Wazuh, Splunk.
- Security tools: Fortinet, Microsoft Defender, WAF, Guacamole.
- Scripting: PowerShell (and basic Bash).
- Backup solutions: Veeam, Synology, Nakivo.
- DevOps/DevSecOps concepts (Terraform, ELK).
- Ticketing system: Freshdesk or similar.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- 2–5 years of university education in Computer Science or related field (Bac+2 to Bac+5).
- Relevant certifications preferred: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Cisco CCNA, Fortinet NSE.
