Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Project Manager – London Fit‑Out & Refurbishment **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end delivery of high‑value fit‑out and refurbishment projects (£3m‑£20m) in London, from pre‑construction to practical completion. Manage multidisciplinary teams, client relations, and project strategy while ensuring design, procurement, and construction standards meet the highest safety and quality benchmarks. **Expectations:** - Minimum 8 years project‑management experience in the London fit‑out market. - Proven track record of successfully delivering complex schemes at RIBA Stages 2‑3. - Strong command of industry sector practices and client‑driven methodology. - Ability to drive tender processes, present technical solutions, and influence project outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own projects through all stages: pre‑construction, procurement, construction, and hand‑over. - Direct and coordinate Design, Technical Services, and Site Management teams. - Present regular progress reports and maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and consultants. - Liaise with tender interview panels, articulating project plans and securing stakeholder buy‑in. - Champion safety and quality, focusing on fire‑stopping and life‑safety compliance. - Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk register. - Implement and refine delivery methodology, sharing lessons learned across portfolio. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in ASTA and Microsoft Project for program management. - Advanced stakeholder management and presentation skills. - Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities. - Leadership of multidisciplinary and cross‑functional teams. - Deep understanding of London market dynamics and best practices in fit‑out and refurbishment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - NVQ Level 6 or 7 in Construction Management (or equivalent). - SMSTS Black Card. ---
