Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with ASD and SEMH needs. - Deliver differentiated instruction in group and 1:1 formats, adapting lessons to meet diverse learning profiles. - Support classroom teachers in inclusive practice and behavior management. - Maintain accurate, confidential records of progress and interventions. - Engage with parents/carers through regular communication and progress meetings. - Collaborate with the SENCO on resource planning, professional development, and school‑wide initiatives. - Contribute to the school’s robust behavior policy and promote a positive learning environment.
