Head of Agentic AI
**Role Summary**
Visionary leader responsible for translating agentic AI technologies into scalable, outcome‑driven solutions for global enterprise brands. Works directly with C‑suite stakeholders to design multi‑agent systems, define strategic roadmaps, and deliver measurable business impact across marketing, data, and operations functions.

- Establish the company as a thought leader in agentic AI and shape industry discourse.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Co‑create long‑term marketing, data, and operations strategies with CMOs, COOs, and CIOs, positioning agentic AI as a core driver.
- Define, oversee, and execute global AI transformation programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and internal capabilities.
- Develop and maintain outcome‑measurement frameworks to quantify business impact and ROI.
- Forge and manage relationships with internal partners (WPP Open, VML) and external technology providers to secure resources and IP.
- Advocate for and design multi‑agent architectures using LLMs, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.
- Produce thought leadership content, speak at industry events, and identify emerging opportunities for agentic AI at scale.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top AI talent; provide technical guidance and uphold best‑practice standards.
**Required Skills**
- Proven leadership of AI/ML teams in a global consultancy or agency setting.
- Deep expertise in agentic AI, multi‑agent systems, LLMs, and associated tooling (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
- Strong client‑facing abilities; comfortable influencing senior executives and translating technical concepts into business value.
- Strategic and commercial acumen with a track record of delivering high‑ROI AI solutions.
- Technical authority to guide complex development and ensure architectural excellence.
- Ability to navigate multicultural environments and collaborate across dispersed teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and mentorship skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer, or equivalent) are advantageous but not mandatory.
