**Job Title**
International Product Manager – Medical Education
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, execution, and evaluation of medical education programs for prostate cancer and endometriosis across an international footprint. Collaborate closely with clinicians, key opinion leaders, and internal stakeholders to deliver compliant, high‑impact training that enhances product adoption and clinical outcomes.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years in a medical education or product‑management role within MedTech or a related global industry.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects on an international scale.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local regulatory frameworks (DMOS, anti‑gift laws, GDPR).
- Strong analytical mindset, ethical integrity, proactive and autonomous working style.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Program Management** – Oversee existing medical training initiatives, develop new educational pathways, and ensure alignment with the overall product strategy.
2. **Event Planning & Execution** – Define strategy, schedule, and organize masterclasses, workshops, case‑observation sessions, webinars, and proctoring events for physicians.
3. **Content Collaboration** – Partner with KOLs and clinical experts to co‑create curricula, case studies, and training materials tailored to target audiences.
4. **Institutional Partnerships** – Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, universities, and medical societies to expand program reach and credibility.
5. **Impact Measurement** – Define and track key performance indicators (participant satisfaction, solution adoption rates, clinical performance metrics) to assess program effectiveness.
6. **Regulatory Compliance** – Ensure all educational content and activities meet local and international regulations (DMOS, anti‑gift, GDPR) and company policies.
7. **Clinico‑Marketing Support** – Collaborate with the clinical team to develop clinico‑marketing tools that incorporate real‑world data into training narratives.
**Required Skills**
- **Project & Program Management** – Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary, international projects from concept through delivery.
- **Cross‑Functional Collaboration** – Experience coordinating with clinical, commercial, engineering, and regulatory teams.
- **Communication & Presentation** – Exceptional verbal, written, and listening skills; comfortable engaging audiences of medical professionals.
- **Regulatory Knowledge** – Understanding of DMOS, anti‑gift regulations, and data privacy standards (GDPR).
- **Analytical & Evaluation** – Proficiency in developing metrics, analyzing outcomes, and reporting on program impact.
- **Content Development** – Experience designing educational materials and interactive learning experiences.
- **English Proficiency** – Fluency in spoken and written English, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum bachelor’s level (Bac+5) in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA or equivalent).
- No specific certifications required; however, familiarity with medical education frameworks or MedTech product management is advantageous.
