Job Description

**Job Title:** Technical Sales Agent (Industrial Environment) **Role Summary:** Act as the primary technical liaison between the company and industrial clients, diagnosing onsite equipment issues, proposing tailored solutions, and coordinating cross‑functional support across engineering, sales, production, and after‑sales teams. **Expectations:** - Deliver professional, credible representation of the company to all client stakeholders. - Proactively identify client needs and propose effective, measurable solutions. - Foster long‑term, trust‑based relationships through clear communication and timely follow‑up. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct onsite technical assessments of industrial equipment (e.g., sieving systems). - Diagnose problems, read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings, schematics, and documentation. - Utilize sensors, measurement tools, and diagnostic equipment to determine root causes. - Draft concise technical reports, recommendations, and action plans. - Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, sales, production, service) to implement solutions. - Coordinate with other sales offices or partners to create synergies. - Adhere strictly to safety procedures and company protocols. - Manage independent scheduling, travel, and time allocation efficiently. **Required Skills:** - Solid technical knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical industrial systems. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation. - Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial equipment on the plant floor. - Competency with diagnostic instruments, sensors, and measurement tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to simplify complex concepts. - Strong client‑service orientation, active listening, and solution‑focused approach. - Calm, professional demeanor under pressure with pedagogical communication. - Autonomous, reliable, and well‑organized time management. - Analytical problem‑solving with methodological root‑cause identification. - Ability to make informed decisions with incomplete data. - Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn about evolving technologies. - Team‑player capable of bridging internal and external stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field. - Valid technical certifications relevant to industrial equipment operation or maintenance (e.g., Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), or equivalent).
