Job Description
Job Title: Commercial Freelance – Construction Sector (BTP) Role Summary: Independent sales contractor responsible for developing and managing a client portfolio within the construction industry, presenting company solutions, creating business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client loyalty. Expectations: - Autonomy and self‑motivation with a drive to build and grow a personal sales territory. - Persistent, goal‑oriented mindset; willing to engage directly with businesses, craftsmen, project managers, owners, and suppliers. - Ability to represent the brand professionally and build long‑term trust. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across the construction sector. - Showcase company solutions and articulate value propositions to stakeholders. - Negotiate contract terms, secure agreements, and maintain ongoing client relationships. - Manage own territory, set and achieve sales targets, and report performance metrics. - Collaborate with internal teams for support and resource optimization. Required Skills: - Strong commercial acumen and sales experience in construction or related fields. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Leadership, initiative, and the ability to work independently. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (experience preferred but not mandatory). - Familiarity with BTP industry dynamics and key contacts. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum secondary education (Baccalauréat) or equivalent. - Professional certifications in sales or construction are advantageous but not mandatory.
