Job Description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Role Summary: Client‑facing recruitment professional responsible for the full end‑to‑end hiring cycle, talent mapping, and candidate experience across our European entities for a 6‑month contract. A key liaison between hiring managers, HR, and candidates to secure high‑quality talent in a dynamic, international matrix environment. Expectations: • Deliver timely, compliant recruitment solutions for multiple roles across EMEA. • Maintain a high level of candidate care and employer brand visibility. • Adapt quickly to evolving business needs and support strategic talent initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Own the entire recruitment process: intake, job posting, screening, interviewing, and pre‑boarding. • Source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking events. • Conduct talent mapping to build future candidate pipelines. • Partner with HR to understand staffing needs and forecast workforce gaps. • Drive and participate in EMEA Clinics and People initiatives. • Ensure a positive candidate journey and consistent communication. Required Skills: • 3+ years of proven talent acquisition experience, ideally in a comparable industry. • Strong command of recruitment best practices and end‑to‑end process. • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French (B2+/C1). • Advanced skills in LinkedIn Recruiter; proficiency with Workday preferred. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines. • High interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
