Job title: Junior UI Developer Role Summary: Junior UI Developer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, user‑centric products. Expections: Deliver clean, well‑documented code, meet project milestones, support iterative improvements, and stay informed about emerging UI technologies and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Translate design mockups into functional UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Develop and maintain interfaces with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js). - Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and responsive layout across devices. - Debug UI issues, perform code reviews, and implement performance optimizations. - Maintain version control (Git) and document code thoroughly. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers in Agile sprints. - Contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines for front‑end releases. - Stay current with UI/UX trends, emerging frameworks, and industry standards. Required Skills: - Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). - Experience with one or more modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). - Proficiency in responsive design, accessibility principles, and cross‑browser testing. - Knowledge of debugging tools (browser dev tools, JS console, error handling). - Version control expertise with Git (branching, merges, pull requests). - Problem‑solving agility and collaborative teamwork. - Attention to detail and design sensibility. - Familiarity with Agile development cycles (Scrum/Kanban).
