**Job Title** Mystery Shopper / Freelancer (m/f/d) – France **Role Summary** Execute mystery shopping assignments—field visits, phone calls, and email interactions—to assess customer satisfaction and service quality for clients among the top 500 companies. Report findings accurately through an online questionnaire. **Expectations** - Flexible schedule and nationwide availability. - Reliable, self‑directed with a strong sense of confidentiality. - Basic computer and internet skills; ability to use web‑based survey tools. - Car ownership or reliable transportation is a plus. **Key Responsibilities** - Act as a regular customer during in‑person visits and evaluate service, staff behaviour, store conditions, and overall experience. - Conduct phone conversations and send/receive emails as a simulated customer, judging communication effectiveness and adherence to procedures. - Complete detailed reports in the designated online questionnaire within agreed deadlines. - Follow specific client instructions, maintain data integrity, and submit feedback promptly. - Adhere to all confidentiality and data‑privacy policies. **Required Skills** - Strong observational and analytical ability. - Clear written and verbal communication in French (English proficiency optional). - Basic proficiency with computers, browsers, and data entry. - Time‑management skills to balance multiple assignments. - Responsiveness and adaptability to changing assignment parameters. **Required Education & Certifications** - No specific educational qualification required; secondary‑school completion acceptable. - No certifications necessary.
