Job Description
**Job title** Partner Solution Engineer **Role Summary** Drive the growth and success of a global partner network by providing technical expertise, training, and strategic support. Collaborate closely with Channel Sales Managers and Customer Success teams to recruit, onboard, and upskill partners, design solutions, and identify upsell opportunities within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. **Expectations** - Co‑manage partner portfolios and pipelines with the Channel Sales Manager. - Rapidly develop deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint Online solutions. - Deliver technical architecture designs, qualification assessments, and tailored support to partners. - Lead workshops, webinars, and training sessions to advance partner capabilities and certification progress. - Build and maintain trustful relationships with partners and clients, ensuring clear communication and proactive problem resolution. - Capture and share field feedback to improve solutions and partner experience. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Partner Portfolio Management - Recruit, onboard, and upsell new partners. - Coordinate business and technical reviews; host community webinars and workshops. 2. Technical Enablement - Qualify partner requirements, design solutions, and provide technical coaching. - Create, standardize, and disseminate collaboration notes and technical documentation. 3. Training & Certification - Design and conduct partner training sessions aligned with Microsoft product updates. - Monitor and support partner progress in certification programs. 4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Partner with Customer Success to identify upsell opportunities. - Collect and structure partner feedback to enhance product offerings and support processes. 5. Continuous Improvement - Promote best practices, new features, and innovations across the partner ecosystem. **Required Skills** - Strong technical knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint Online, and the broader Microsoft 365 stack. - Experience in presales, technical enablement, or partner/client training. - Architecture design, problem‑solving, and objection handling. - Excellent communication, teaching, and persuasion abilities. - Collaborative mindset, self‑direction, and organizational discipline. - Fluency in English (German language skills a plus). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Microsoft certification(s) in Office 365/SharePoint or related Microsoft 365 technologies is highly desirable.
