Job Title: Full Stack Java Group Technical Architect
Role Summary: Own the technical and product roadmap for Order Management Systems (OMS) as a servant‑leader, integrating microservices, APIs, and integrated databases while ensuring a user‑centric design.
Expectations: Deliver a scalable, high‑performance OMS architecture that meets business goals; drive the full product lifecycle from concept through launch; maintain alignment across engineering, QA, business stakeholders, and operations; mentor and grow cross‑functional teams to achieve deliverables on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define & own product roadmap, aligning with business strategy and customer needs.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis; translate findings into product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle: ideation, design, development, launch, and optimization.
- Mentor and coach engineering, QA, and business teams; manage performance and support career development.
- Resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative, high‑performance team culture.
- Partner with architecture, operations, and business stakeholders; communicate vision, priorities, and progress.
- Serve as primary OMS product decision point; manage cross‑team dependencies and alignment.
Required Skills:
- Product Management / Product Ownership experience.
- Hands‑on expertise with Order Management Systems (OMS).
- Functional SME in Sourcing, Promising, and Fulfillment.
- Experience with microservices architectures, Spring Boot, and Java.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, XML, databases, and system integrations.
- Proficient in java, boms, microservices, springboot.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Professional certification in Java (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) is preferred.
- Product Management certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner or Pragmatic Marketing) is an advantage.
