Job Description
**Job title:** Service & Operations Executive (US Hours) **Role Summary:** Execute end‑to‑end operations for a wholesale physical gold and silver brokerage, ensuring accurate client onboarding, transaction processing, compliance, inventory and logistics management. Operate during US hours (13:00–01:30 UTC) and act as the initial point of contact for partners, institutions and distributors. **Expectations:** - Deliver precise, timely data entry and transaction records. - Maintain full compliance with multi‑jurisdictional regulations. - Provide exceptional client and partner service while supporting team tasks. - Adapt to shifting schedules and grow into broader operational responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - First‑line contact for client inquiries and issue resolution. - Onboard new clients, preparing and verifying compliance documents. - Manage partner accounts and report purchase/transaction status. - Process all transaction data, generate purchase orders, invoices, and contracts. - Maintain CRM (Salesforce) and inventory databases. - Coordinate receipt, storage, and secure transport of precious metals. - Process and hedge orders via bespoke Salesforce system. - Provide clerical support for operations and projects. - Assist the wider team as needed, covering specified US time slots. **Required Skills:** - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Loop). - Strong Salesforce experience (or equivalent CRM). - Excellent data entry accuracy and administrative skills. - Detail‑oriented, organized planner with multi‑tasking capability. - Logical thinker and proactive problem‑solver. - Process‑oriented, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. - Resilience, adaptability, and ability to work autonomously or in a team. - Quick learner comfortable with fast‑paced growth environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or related field. - Salesforce certification or demonstrated advanced Salesforce proficiency preferred.
